✨ In plain words
- Recognition runs entirely on the device using geometry — point-cloud matching and shape descriptors, not a cloud AI or face/biometric system.
- It produces a confidence score that turns into stars; it’s educational feedback, not a judgment of skill or worth.
- Drawings are not uploaded for recognition, and the system never identifies people.
- Your artwork may not be used to train AI without written permission.
1Introduction
This AI & Recognition System Disclosure explains how the drawing-recognition and automated evaluation features within Draw & Learn operate, providing transparency about the recognition technologies used, automated evaluation of drawings, processing of artwork, educational scoring, and related rights. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy Notice, Parental Consent Policy, Terms & Conditions, and EULA.
2Application Owner
Draw & Learn is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers, operated by Anurag Mahajan and Satyam Kushwaha. For questions regarding recognition systems: contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz.
3Purpose of the Recognition System
Draw & Learn includes an automated drawing-recognition system designed to support educational learning experiences. It evaluates drawing similarity, provides educational feedback, measures lesson completion, supports progress tracking, enhances learning engagement, and assists achievement and reward systems. The system is intended solely for educational and entertainment purposes.
4Does Draw & Learn Use Artificial Intelligence?
The App uses computational recognition techniques, pattern-matching methods, geometric analysis, and automated evaluation processes — which may be described as pattern recognition, automated sketch analysis, shape matching, geometric evaluation, recognition algorithms, and machine-assisted educational assessment.
5How the Recognition System Works
The system compares a user’s drawing against lesson-specific reference structures, analyzing characteristics such as stroke positions, relative point locations, shape geometry, directional patterns, drawing structure, similarity measurements, and visual relationships between elements. It generates a recognition score (confidence value) representing how closely a drawing matches the lesson objective. These scores are estimates, not definitive judgments of artistic skill or creativity.
6On-Device Processing
A key design principle of Draw & Learn is privacy-focused processing. Recognition processing occurs on the user’s device: drawings are evaluated locally, recognition calculations are performed locally, educational scoring is generated locally, and user artwork is not automatically transmitted for recognition purposes. Local processing helps reduce data exposure and supports user privacy.
7User Artwork and Recognition
When users create drawings, artwork may be temporarily processed for recognition, recognition may generate completion scores, educational progress may be updated, and rewards may be granted. The App generally uses artwork only for educational functionality and associated operations. We do not claim ownership of user-created artwork.
8What Information May Be Processed
To perform recognition, the App may process drawing information (stroke coordinates, shape information, drawing structure, geometric relationships), progress information (completion status, lesson results, achievement progress, reward information), and technical information (device compatibility, app version, performance diagnostics). Processing is limited to functionality necessary for educational operation.
9What the System Does Not Do
The recognition system is not intended to identify individuals, recognize faces, perform biometric identification, authenticate identity, infer race/ethnicity, religion, health conditions, political beliefs, or personal characteristics, track users across applications, or monitor user behavior outside the App. It is designed solely for educational drawing activities.
10Limitations of Recognition Results
Recognition results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Factors affecting recognition include drawing style, device characteristics, input method, screen size, stroke precision, and creative interpretation. Users may occasionally receive lower or higher scores than expected. Recognition scores should be interpreted as educational guidance rather than objective evaluations.
11No High-Risk Automated Decision-Making
Draw & Learn does not use automated decision-making systems for educational admissions, academic grading, employment, financial, credit, insurance, legal, or medical decisions. Recognition outputs are limited to educational gameplay and learning activities.
12Children’s Privacy Protections
Because Draw & Learn is intended for children, we seek to implement safeguards designed to protect child users, including local processing where feasible, minimal data collection, limited sharing of information, parent-accessible controls, and child-appropriate functionality. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children’s use of the App.
13Improvement of the Recognition System
Epsilon Developers may periodically improve recognition functionality, including enhanced matching accuracy, improved educational feedback, expanded lesson support, better performance, and reduced false matches. Updates may modify recognition behavior over time.
14AI Training Restrictions
The recognition system and associated educational assets are proprietary intellectual property of Epsilon Developers. Without prior written authorization, no person or organization may use recognition outputs, educational content, lesson data, illustrations, templates, artwork collections, recognition datasets, or associated metadata for artificial-intelligence training, machine-learning development, dataset creation, model fine-tuning, or generative-AI systems. All rights are reserved.
15User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users or parents may have rights relating to information processed through the App, including access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, and restriction rights. Additional information is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.
16Security of Recognition Data
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information used by the recognition system. However, no technical system can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain appropriate device security measures.
17Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Disclosure periodically to reflect technological developments, feature enhancements, legal requirements, or operational changes. Updated versions will be made available through the App or associated services.

Draw & Learn is designed to use recognition technologies as educational tools rather than as systems that make significant decisions about users. Recognition scores are intended to encourage learning, creativity, and engagement. They are not measures of intelligence, artistic ability, academic achievement, or personal worth. Parents, guardians, and users should treat recognition results as educational feedback only.
