Data Deletion Policy

1Purpose

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users, parents, and guardians can delete information associated with their use of Draw & Learn. We are committed to transparent and effective methods for managing and deleting data in accordance with applicable laws, including India’s DPDPA 2023, the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, Google Play User Data policies, and Apple App Store privacy requirements. 2App Developer Information

Draw & Learn is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers, operated by Anurag Mahajan and Satyam Kushwaha. For data-deletion requests: contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz.

3Information Stored by the App

The App primarily stores information locally on the user’s device. This may include educational progress (completed lessons, unlocked levels, stars, coins, achievements), user artwork (saved drawings, draft sketches, completed artwork, gallery images), app preferences (sound, app settings, theme/accessibility), parental controls (dashboard and parent-gate settings), and premium-feature status.

4How to Delete Data From the App

Users and parents may delete data directly within the App. Depending on the version, options include clearing saved drawings, removing gallery artwork, resetting educational progress, resetting coins and stars, resetting parental settings, and clearing application preferences.

5Deleting All App Data

The simplest way to delete all locally stored data is to uninstall the App. When uninstalled, locally stored information — drawings, drafts, progress records, settings, coins, stars, and unlock information — is generally removed by the operating system. Certain backups controlled by the device manufacturer or operating system may retain copies until deleted from those services; review your device backup settings if complete removal is desired.

6Deleting Data on Android Devices

Method 1 — Clear app storage

1. Open device Settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. Select Draw & Learn.
4. Select Storage.
5. Tap Clear storage / Clear data.

This typically removes progress data, saved drawings, draft artwork, app settings, and parental-gate settings.

Method 2 — Uninstall the app

1. Locate Draw & Learn.
2. Press and hold the app icon.
3. Select Uninstall.

7Deleting Data on iOS Devices

Method 1 — Delete the app

1. Press and hold the app icon.
2. Tap Remove App.
3. Select Delete App.

Method 2 — Offload and reinstall

Offloading an app may not remove all application data. Complete deletion generally requires deleting the App entirely.

8Server-Side Data Deletion

Draw & Learn is designed to operate primarily using local device storage. Epsilon Developers generally does not maintain user accounts or centralized databases containing children’s educational progress or artwork. Where limited server-side information may exist — such as technical-support correspondence, crash reports, diagnostic information, payment-verification records, or legal-compliance records — it may be deleted upon valid request unless retention is required by law.

9Children’s Data Deletion

Parents and legal guardians may request deletion of any information relating to a child that may be maintained by Epsilon Developers. Email contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz with the subject line “Child Data Deletion Request” and include the name of the parent/guardian, a description of the request, and the device platform (Android or iOS). We may request reasonable verification to confirm parental authority before processing.

10Third-Party Services

Certain third-party providers used by the App may maintain information under their own privacy practices, including Google AdMob, Google Play Services, Apple Services, and Razorpay. Deletion requests relating to information controlled by third-party providers may need to be submitted directly to those providers; Epsilon Developers cannot delete information held independently by third parties.

11Retention of Certain Information

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, comply with taxation or accounting requirements, or meet regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary depending on applicable legal obligations.

12Response Time for Deletion Requests

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to valid deletion requests promptly. Where required by applicable law, requests are generally processed within 30 days under GDPR-related frameworks, 45 days under certain U.S. privacy frameworks, or other legally mandated timelines applicable to the user’s jurisdiction. Additional time may be required for complex requests.

13Verification of Requests

To protect users and children from unauthorized deletion requests, we may require reasonable verification before processing. Verification procedures may vary depending on the nature of the request, applicable law, and the type of information involved.

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the App, on associated websites, or through other appropriate channels. Continued use of the App after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.

Users may request deletion of any data maintained by Epsilon Developers by contacting us using the details above. Where data is stored solely on the user’s device, users may permanently delete such data by clearing application storage or uninstalling the App. Epsilon Developers will honor valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
