Children’s Privacy Notice

1Introduction

Draw & Learn (“App”) is an educational drawing application designed to help children learn through guided drawing activities, interactive lessons, creativity exercises, and educational challenges. This Children’s Privacy Notice explains how information relating to children is handled when using the App.

2Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

Protecting children’s privacy is one of our highest priorities. The App is designed to minimize data collection and to allow most educational features to function without requiring children to provide personal information. We strive to comply with applicable child-privacy regulations including:

3Information We Do Not Collect

Draw & Learn does not intentionally request or require children to provide: full name, home address, email address, telephone number, school name, government identification numbers, biometric information, precise geographic location, photographs of the child, audio recordings of the child, or contacts stored on the device. The App can be used without creating an account.

4Information Stored on the Device

The App stores certain information locally on the child’s device to provide functionality and save progress. This may include educational progress (completed lessons and worlds, stars, coins, achievements), drawings and artwork (saved, draft, and completed artwork, gallery images), app preferences (sound, theme, accessibility, parental-control settings), and premium-access status. This information is generally stored locally and is not automatically transmitted to Epsilon Developers.

5How Drawing Recognition Works

Draw & Learn includes a drawing-recognition system that helps determine how closely a drawing matches the lesson objective. The recognition system operates on the device, uses mathematical shape-recognition techniques, evaluates drawing similarity and confidence scores, and does not require children to submit drawings to our servers for recognition. Results are generated automatically and used only to support educational gameplay.

6User-Generated Artwork

Children may create drawings, sketches, and artwork while using the App. These creations belong to the child or parent, are stored locally on the device, may be exported or shared by the parent or user, and are not automatically published publicly. We do not intentionally review, monitor, or collect children’s artwork unless specifically required for technical support, legal compliance, or safety purposes.

7Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may process limited technical information including device identifiers, device type, operating-system version, advertising identifiers where permitted, and general usage information.

8In-App Purchases

Certain features may be available through a one-time premium purchase. All purchases are intended to be initiated by a parent or legal guardian. Payments are processed by trusted providers such as Razorpay, Google Play Billing, or Apple In-App Purchases. Epsilon Developers does not receive or store complete payment card information.

9Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Reports

To improve reliability and performance, the App may collect limited technical information such as app crashes, error logs, device model, operating-system version, and performance statistics. This is used solely to fix bugs, improve stability, enhance the user experience, and maintain security. We do not use diagnostic information to identify individual children.

10Parental Controls

The App includes parental-control features to help parents manage access to certain functions. These include a parent-verification gate (a simple grown-up check before opening parental settings and the dashboard), a progress dashboard, settings management, and privacy-information access. Parents are encouraged to use these controls and supervise children’s use of the App. See our Parental Consent Policy.

11How We Use Information

Information handled by the App may be used to save educational progress, restore unfinished drawings, unlock lessons and rewards, improve app performance, diagnose technical issues, process purchases, display advertisements where applicable, and maintain security and integrity.

12Data Retention

Locally stored information remains on the device until the user deletes it, the App is uninstalled, device storage is cleared, or the parent manually removes the data. Technical diagnostic information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to support App operations and legal obligations.

13International Users

Draw & Learn may be downloaded and used in many countries. Where information is processed internationally, we implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect privacy and security. Rights available to users may vary depending on local laws.

14Parental Rights

Parents and legal guardians may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information; withdraw consent where consent applies; restrict or object to certain processing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 15Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information handled by the App. However, no security system can guarantee complete protection against all risks. Parents should also help children use devices safely and maintain device security.

16Changes to This Notice

We may update this Children’s Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means where required by law. The latest version will always be available within the App.
