1Introduction
This Parental Consent Policy explains the role of parents and legal guardians in authorizing and supervising the use of Draw & Learn by children. It describes when parental consent may be required, how it may be obtained, the rights and responsibilities of parents and guardians, and how consent may be withdrawn. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy Notice, Terms & Conditions, Advertising Consent Policy, and Data Deletion Policy.
2Application Owner
Draw & Learn is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers, operated by Anurag Mahajan and Satyam Kushwaha. For parental-consent inquiries: contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz.
3Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting children is a fundamental objective of Draw & Learn. We design the App to minimize collection of personal information, prioritize local device storage, support parental supervision, provide age-appropriate experiences, and comply with applicable child-privacy requirements. Nothing in this Policy limits rights available to parents under applicable law.
4When Parental Consent May Be Required
Depending on applicable law, platform requirements, and the features used, parental consent may be required before certain activities, including: a child’s use of the App where the law requires parental authorization; certain advertising-related processing; premium purchases; data-processing activities requiring parental authorization; and any future features requiring authorization.
5Methods of Parental Consent
Where parental consent is required, consent may be obtained through one or more methods appropriate under applicable law, such as in-app parent-verification screens, age-appropriate parental gates restricting access to parent-only areas, purchase verification through payment systems, written (email) consent, or platform-based consent obtained through the device, operating system, or app store.
6Parental Responsibilities
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising how children use the App; reviewing the Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy Notice, Terms & Conditions, and Advertising Consent Policy; maintaining device security; monitoring and authorizing purchases; managing permissions granted to the App; and contacting us if concerns arise regarding privacy, security, or child safety.
7Parental Rights
Parents and guardians may have rights under applicable laws, including the right to access information about processing activities, review information relating to their child, request correction or deletion of information, restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and submit complaints to regulatory authorities. Availability of specific rights may depend on jurisdiction.
8Withdrawal of Consent
Parents and guardians may withdraw previously provided consent at any time by emailing contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz with the subject line “Parental Consent Withdrawal Request”. Withdrawal may result in restriction of certain features, removal of access to specific functionality, deletion of applicable information, or limitation of services where legally necessary. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully conducted before consent was withdrawn.
9Children’s Artwork
The App allows children to create drawings and artwork. Generally, artwork is stored locally on the device, ownership of original artwork remains with the creator, drawings are not automatically made publicly available, and parents may manage, delete, or export artwork using available functionality. Parents are encouraged to supervise sharing of artwork outside the App.
10Advertising Consent
The free version may contain advertisements. Depending on applicable law, parental consent may be requested for certain advertising-related processing, child-directed advertising settings may be applied, personalized advertising may be limited or disabled, and additional protections may be implemented. Further information is in our Advertising Consent Policy.
11Premium Purchases
Premium purchases should be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for managing payment methods, monitoring transactions, restricting unauthorized purchases, and using available parental controls. Requests relating to accidental child purchases may be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
12Parental Controls
The App includes parental-control features such as a parent-verification gate, settings controls, purchase controls (handled by the app stores), access restrictions, and policy-access pages. Parents are encouraged to use available controls to supervise usage.
13International Compliance
Draw & Learn may be distributed internationally. This Policy is intended to support compliance with applicable requirements, including COPPA, the GDPR and GDPR-K, UK GDPR, the Age Appropriate Design Code, India’s DPDPA 2023, Google Play Families policies, and Apple Kids Category requirements. Rights and obligations may vary by jurisdiction.
14Limitation of Responsibility
While Epsilon Developers provides parental controls and privacy protections, parents remain responsible for supervising children, managing device access, reviewing content shared outside the App, monitoring purchases, and maintaining account and device security. No technological measure can completely replace parental supervision.
15Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Parental Consent Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published through the App or associated services. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
