PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING DRAW & LEARN. THIS EULA IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EPSILON DEVELOPERS. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APPLICATION. IF THE USER IS A CHILD, THIS EULA MUST BE ACCEPTED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
2Developer Information
The Application is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers (“Licensor”), operated by Anurag Mahajan and Satyam Kushwaha. For legal inquiries: contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz.
3License Grant
Subject to compliance with this EULA, Epsilon Developers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the App solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Epsilon Developers.
4Ownership of the Application
The Application is licensed, not sold, and all associated rights are owned exclusively by Epsilon Developers. This includes, without limitation, source and object code, educational content, lesson structures, learning-progression systems, drawings and templates, user-interface designs, mascots and characters, visual assets, graphics, animations, sounds, logos, trademarks, recognition algorithms, databases, and documentation. All intellectual-property rights are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and IP laws.
5Educational Content License
All educational content is licensed for personal educational use only. Users may not reproduce lessons, republish content, copy educational sequences, create derivative educational products, sell lesson content, or redistribute educational materials without prior written authorization.
6User-Generated Artwork
Users retain ownership of original artwork they create. However, you grant Epsilon Developers a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process artwork solely as necessary to save it, display it, evaluate drawing recognition, provide App functionality, and maintain technical operations. We do not claim ownership of user-created drawings.
8Restrictions on Use
You shall not: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or derive source code (except where expressly permitted by law); copy or redistribute substantial portions of the App, mirror, redistribute, or resell it; circumvent protections by bypassing premium restrictions, disabling security, modifying licensing mechanisms, or tampering with purchase verification; create competing products by cloning the App or replicating its educational structures, progression systems, lesson databases, or recognition systems for commercial purposes; or use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers, extraction tools) to access, collect, or reproduce App content.
9Restrictions on AI Training
Users may not use any portion of the Application — including lessons, images, educational content, mascots, artwork, recognition outputs, or databases — for training, fine-tuning, improving, or developing artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, or generative-AI systems without prior written authorization from Epsilon Developers.
10Children’s Use
The Application is designed for children under parental supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising usage, monitoring purchases, managing permissions, reviewing privacy disclosures, and maintaining parental controls. Nothing in this EULA limits parental rights provided under applicable law.
11Third-Party Services
The App may utilize third-party services including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Apple Services, Razorpay, and other providers. Such services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Epsilon Developers is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by law.
12Advertisements
The free version may display advertisements supplied by third parties, whose availability may vary and whose content is controlled by advertising providers. Purchasing premium access removes advertisements where specified.
13Software Updates
Epsilon Developers may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, modifications, or new features that may improve functionality and security, modify content, change the user experience, or remove outdated features. Continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software.
14Feedback
If you provide suggestions, recommendations, comments, or feedback regarding the Application, you grant Epsilon Developers a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use such feedback without compensation.
15Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. EPSILON DEVELOPERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT RECOGNITION RESULTS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
16Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPSILON DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE APPLICATION.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, IT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER FOR THE APPLICATION DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
17Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epsilon Developers and its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from violation of this EULA, misuse of the Application, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
18Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, all granted rights cease immediately, you must stop using the Application, and you must remove all copies under your control where legally permitted. Sections intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
19Export Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws governing software use and distribution.
20Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
21Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
22Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Epsilon Developers regarding the Application and supersedes all prior understandings relating to its subject matter.

25Apple App Store Additional Terms
If the Application is downloaded through Apple’s App Store: this license is granted solely between the user and Epsilon Developers; Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce its terms; and users must comply with applicable App Store terms and conditions.
26Google Play Additional Terms
If the Application is downloaded through Google Play: users must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service; Google is not responsible for support or maintenance of the Application; and Google Play policies applicable to children and family content remain applicable to use of the Application.
