1Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested, reviewed, approved, or denied for purchases made in connection with Draw & Learn. The App is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers, operated by Anurag Mahajan and Satyam Kushwaha. By purchasing premium content, upgrades, or paid features, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

3Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to one-time premium purchases, premium upgrades, paid educational content, future paid digital content, and future subscription services (if introduced). It applies only to purchases relating to Draw & Learn.
4Digital Products
Draw & Learn provides digital products and services, which may include premium access, ad-free access, educational content, additional learning features, and future premium functionality. Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited.
5Purchase Methods
Purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing (Android), Apple App Store In-App Purchases (iOS), or Razorpay (direct purchases where available). The applicable refund process depends on the platform through which the purchase was made.
6Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are generally governed by Google’s billing and refund policies. Submit refund requests through Google Play. Where Google approves a refund, premium access associated with the refunded transaction may be revoked. Epsilon Developers does not control Google’s final refund decisions.
7Apple App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are generally governed by Apple’s refund policies. Submit requests directly through Apple, which independently reviews and determines eligibility. Epsilon Developers cannot approve or deny refunds processed exclusively by Apple.
8Razorpay Purchases
Where purchases are processed directly through Razorpay, refund requests may be submitted to Epsilon Developers for review. Each request is evaluated individually in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
9Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for: duplicate transactions (charged multiple times for the same purchase); technical failure (payment processed but premium content not delivered); unauthorized transactions (with sufficient evidence); billing errors (incorrect amount due to a verified system error); and where applicable law requires a refund. Approval is not automatic and may require verification.
10Child Purchases
Draw & Learn is designed for children under parental supervision, and parents are responsible for supervising purchases. Refund requests relating to purchases made by children may be reviewed case-by-case, considering factors such as the age of the child, method of purchase, device security settings, purchase circumstances, and applicable consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this Policy limits rights provided under applicable law.
11Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by law, refunds will generally not be issued for change of mind (where the feature functions as described), partial usage (premium content already accessed), user preference (disliking the content or design), device compatibility (where requirements were disclosed before purchase), failure to read product information, or promotional offers.
12Fraud Prevention
To protect users and prevent abuse, we may refuse refund requests involving fraudulent claims, repeated abuse of refund processes, chargeback abuse, manipulation of premium features, or false information. Evidence may be requested to support refund claims.
13How to Request a Refund
To request a refund directly from Epsilon Developers, please provide your full name, purchase date, transaction ID, payment platform, device platform (Android or iOS), a description of the issue, and supporting evidence if applicable. Requests lacking sufficient information may be delayed or rejected.
14Review Process
Upon receipt of a valid request, we may verify transaction records, review technical logs, request additional information, evaluate applicable laws, and determine eligibility. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
15Refund Decision Timeline
We will make reasonable efforts to review eligible requests promptly. Where practical, requests submitted directly to Epsilon Developers are generally reviewed within 7 to 15 business days. Complex cases may require additional time.
16Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally issued through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, banking institution, card issuer, and platform policies. Epsilon Developers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
17Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Where a chargeback is initiated, premium access may be suspended, access to paid content may be restricted, additional verification may be required, and fraudulent chargebacks may be contested.
18Effect of Refund
Where a refund is approved, premium access may be revoked, paid features may be disabled, associated premium benefits may be removed, and future purchases may require additional verification where legally permissible. Refund approval does not create a continuing right to future refunds.
19Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes, or restricts any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Where local consumer-protection laws provide greater rights, those laws shall prevail.
20International Users
Draw & Learn may be distributed internationally. Refund rights may vary depending on country of residence, applicable consumer laws, platform rules, and payment-provider requirements. Users remain responsible for complying with local laws and platform terms.
21Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
