Copyright Policy

1Introduction

This Copyright Policy explains the ownership, protection, permitted use, and reporting procedures relating to copyrighted materials associated with Draw & Learn. The App is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers (Anurag Mahajan & Satyam Kushwaha). We respect intellectual-property rights and expect all users, partners, service providers, and third parties to do the same. Read it together with our Terms & Conditions, EULA, and Privacy Policy.

2Ownership of Copyrighted Materials

Unless otherwise stated, all content, software, materials, and intellectual property available through Draw & Learn are owned by or licensed to Epsilon Developers, including:

3Copyright Protection

All copyrighted materials associated with the App are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, applicable international copyright and software-protection laws, and trade-secret and IP laws. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties where permitted by law.

4Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited license to use copyrighted materials solely through the normal operation of the App — using educational lessons within the App, creating drawings through App functionality, viewing educational content, saving personal artwork, and sharing user-created artwork where permitted. This license does not transfer ownership of any copyrighted material.

5Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization, users may not reproduce lessons, content, illustrations, or learning materials; engage in commercial use (selling, licensing, or commercializing App assets); distribute or republish proprietary materials on third-party platforms or public repositories; modify or create derivative works from proprietary content; or reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary databases or lesson repositories.

6Educational Content Protection

The educational framework of Draw & Learn constitutes proprietary intellectual property, including lesson organization, educational sequencing, learning-progression systems, world structures, curriculum architecture, unlock mechanisms, reward systems, and educational-challenge designs. Unauthorized replication may constitute copyright infringement and/or unfair competition.

7Protection of Drawing Templates

All official drawing templates, lesson examples, reference illustrations, and educational drawing guides are protected by copyright. Users may not reproduce, republish, sell, or incorporate template collections into competing applications without written authorization.

8Mascots, Characters, and Brand Elements

Any mascots, characters, avatars, animations, or fictional personalities appearing in the App are proprietary intellectual property of Epsilon Developers unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce mascot designs, commercialize mascot artwork, use mascot assets in merchandise, or create derivative commercial works without written authorization.

9User-Generated Artwork

Users retain ownership of original artwork they independently create using the App. However, ownership extends only to the user’s original creative contributions — not to the App software, templates, lesson content, mascots, or proprietary assets — and users may not claim ownership of underlying App content. Epsilon Developers does not claim ownership of independently created user artwork.

10AI and Machine-Learning Restrictions

Without prior written authorization, no person or organization may use any portion of the App’s content — educational content, images, illustrations, templates, mascots, recognition outputs, metadata, or databases — for AI training, machine-learning model development, dataset generation, model fine-tuning, generative-AI systems, neural-network training, or synthetic content generation.

11Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe copyrighted material has been used in a manner that infringes your rights, submit a written notice containing: the full name of the copyright owner; contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; a statement of ownership; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate; and an electronic or physical signature. 12Review of Copyright Claims

Upon receipt of a valid complaint, Epsilon Developers may investigate the allegation, request additional information, remove content temporarily, restrict access, reject unsupported claims, or take legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate response based on available evidence.

13False or Fraudulent Claims

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims may result in rejection of the claim, suspension of communication privileges, legal action where permitted, and recovery of costs and damages where available. Claimants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information.

14Repeat Infringement

Where applicable, Epsilon Developers reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for individuals or entities repeatedly engaging in copyright infringement.

15International Copyright Compliance

Draw & Learn is distributed internationally. We endeavor to comply with applicable intellectual-property laws across jurisdictions and may cooperate with lawful enforcement requests relating to copyright protection.

16Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Copyright Policy shall be interpreted as granting any ownership interest, license, or right beyond those expressly granted by Epsilon Developers. All rights are expressly reserved.

17Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published through the App, website, or other appropriate channels. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
