Cookie & Tracking Technologies Disclosure

How identifiers, local storage, and SDKs are used in this mobile app.

📅 Effective: June 20, 2026 📱 Mobile app 🇮🇳 India

🍪 In short

  • As a mobile app, Draw & Learn doesn’t use traditional browser cookies. It uses on-device local storage (Hive) for progress and settings.
  • Advertising identifiers may be used by Google AdMob for non-personalized ad delivery and fraud prevention.
  • The app does not currently integrate a separate analytics/crash-reporting SDK such as Firebase.
  • You can limit ad personalization and reset advertising identifiers in your device privacy settings.

1Introduction

This Disclosure explains how Draw & Learn uses cookies, mobile identifiers, local storage technologies, software development kits (“SDKs”), and similar tracking technologies. The App is owned and operated by Epsilon Developers (Anurag Mahajan & Satyam Kushwaha). Read it together with our Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy Notice, Data Deletion Policy, and Advertising Consent Policy.

2What Are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

Cookies are small text files commonly used by websites. Because Draw & Learn is primarily a mobile application, traditional browser cookies may not be used. Instead, the App and integrated third-party services may use technologies that perform similar functions, including mobile identifiers, advertising identifiers, local-storage databases, SDK technologies, device identifiers, session identifiers, diagnostic tools, and preference-storage systems (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”).

3Tracking Technologies Used by Draw & Learn

A. Local storage technologies

Draw & Learn primarily stores information locally on the device using the Hive database, including educational progress, coins, stars, achievements, saved and draft drawings, gallery content, application settings, premium status, and parental-control settings. These operate locally and support core functionality.

B. Device identifiers

The App or integrated providers may access device-related identifiers such as device model, OS, app-instance, and platform identifiers, to help maintain security, compatibility, and performance.

C. Advertising identifiers

Advertising partners may use advertising identifiers — the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, where permitted — to deliver advertisements, measure performance, prevent fraud, and limit repetitive advertising. Where legally required, advertising identifiers may be subject to user or parental consent.

D. Analytics and diagnostic technologies

Diagnostic signals relating to app crashes, errors, performance, and stability may be available through the app platforms (Google Play / Apple).

ℹ️
Draw & Learn does not currently integrate a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics). If this changes, this Disclosure and our Privacy Policy will be updated.

E. Security technologies

Tracking technologies may also be used to detect abuse, prevent fraud, protect purchases, verify premium access, and maintain service integrity.

4Purposes of Tracking Technologies

Tracking Technologies may be used for essential functionality (saving progress, restoring drawings, preserving settings, maintaining premium status, operating parental controls); performance and reliability (diagnosing issues, monitoring crashes, improving stability and compatibility); advertising (displaying ads, managing frequency, measuring performance); security (detecting fraud, preventing abuse, maintaining integrity); and compliance (meeting legal and regulatory obligations).

5Children’s Privacy and Tracking

Draw & Learn is designed primarily for children and families. Where appropriate, child-directed treatment settings may be enabled, personalized advertising may be limited, behavioral profiling may be restricted, and additional safeguards may be applied. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review advertising and privacy settings available on their devices.

6Third-Party Tracking Technologies

Certain third-party providers integrated into the App may deploy their own tracking technologies, including Google AdMob (advertising delivery and measurement), Google Play Services (platform functionality), Apple Services (platform functionality and transaction processing), and Razorpay (payment processing and transaction verification). These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and legal obligations. Epsilon Developers does not control the internal operation of third-party tracking technologies.

8Managing Tracking Preferences

Users and parents may manage tracking preferences through device privacy settings (Android and iOS controls), advertising settings (limiting ad personalization / resetting the advertising ID), application settings where available, and any consent-management tools where implemented.

9Retention of Tracking Data

Information generated through tracking technologies may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, improve performance, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by type of information and applicable law.

10International Data Transfers

Tracking-related information may be processed in jurisdictions different from the user’s country of residence. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards may be implemented for international transfers.

11Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Cookie & Tracking Technologies Disclosure periodically. Updated versions will be published through the App or associated services and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Where third-party SDKs, advertising technologies, payment systems, or diagnostic services are integrated, those services may use tracking technologies consistent with their own privacy policies and platform requirements.
